Jessica Dunne Lodge for the Gold Coast Project for Homeless Youth Inc
Jessica Dunne Lodge is a six-bedroom residential refuge on the Gold Coast for children aged 12 to 14 in need of emergency accommodation.
Built by Villa World Homes, the facility has been named after young Gold Coaster Jessica Dunne, a popular employee of the GEO Property Group who died in 2010 after contracting meningococcal disease.
The residential house includes a 24-hour ‘live in’ Youth Worker and provides shelter for young people in crisis while they await placement in foster homes.
The Gold Coast Project for Homeless Youth encourages young people to reach their full potential by providing quality services and a safe and supportive environment for youth.
Please lend your support. By working together we can help reduce the cycle of homelessness in our own backyard.
